He is the former Executive Vice-President of Coutts and Co in Switzerland, and a former member of the Swiss National Bank Capital Markets Commission. He is currently a director of several public companies with international operations. William Voaden Managing Director, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Mr. Voaden is the Managing Director of VSA Capital. He has many years' experience in the Mineral and Waste Management industries and excellent industry connections. He has expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions and good contacts with key Financial Institutions in both the UK and Europe. Dr, Anton Schrafl Director, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Dr. Schrafl has over 40 years experience working with Holcim Ltd., one of the world's leading suppliers of cement, aggregates, concrete and construction-related services. He held various positions with the Holcim including Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a board member of various privately held companies. Euan McAlpine Executie Director, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Mr McAlpine was until recently employed by Cazenove Capital Management Ltd, where for the past eight years he has worked as a fund manager with an emphasis on business development in the north-west of England. He joined Cazenove from Seamless Holdings Ltd, a manufacturer and installer of epoxy resin floor systems and decorative flake wall systems for industrial use, where he was Chairman and Managing Director for 3 years. | |
