He has many years' experience in the Mineral and Waste Management industries and excellent industry connections. He has expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions and good contacts with key Financial Institutions in both the UK and Europe. Euan McAlpine Executive Director, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Mr McAlpine was until recently employed by Cazenove Capital Management Ltd, where for the past eight years he has worked as a fund manager with an emphasis on business development in the north-west of England. He joined Cazenove from Seamless Holdings Ltd, a manufacturer and installer of epoxy resin floor systems and decorative flake wall systems for industrial use, where he was Chairman and Managing Director for 3 years. Dr, Anton Schrafl Non Executive Director, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Dr. Schrafl has over 40 years experience working with Holcim Ltd., one of the world's leading suppliers of cement, aggregates, concrete and construction-related services. He held various positions with the Holcim including Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a board member of various privately held companies. David Shaw Non Executive Director, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Since completing his doctorate 25 years ago, Mr. Shaw has worked both in the technical and financial communities within the resource industry. He spent seven years with Chevron Resources in Calgary and Vancouver, employed initially as an in-house structural consultant on both metal and hydrocarbon exploration programs, and then as a member of a hydrocarbon project financial evaluation team. Upon leaving Chevron, he initiated and developed the Resource Research Group at Charlton Securities Ltd., Calgary, before assuming the position of Senior Mining Analyst, Corporate Finance, at Yorkton Securities Inc. in Vancouver. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with European financial institutions and the global mining community. Recently he has been assisting a Vancouver-based junior exploration company with development and exploration of its projects in Central and South America. Thomas Masney CFO, Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Mr Masney is a chartered accountant who is a specialist in company turnarounds and restructuring situations. He has held a number of posts as either Financial Director or CFO in Canada, London and Hong Kong, following his early careers with Ernst Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. | |
